After Capital One Home Loans closed their Overland Park, KS operations she went on to lead Mortgage Lenders of America’s technology & business strategy division where she helped them grow from a small to large mortgage organization. There she implemented Encompass Banker then moving to work directly for Ellie Mae where she personally helped over 300+ organizations implement Encompass and led Ellie Mae’s strategic growth of the Professional Services organization. After laying a strong foundation in Professional Services she moved into the product organization helping to develop and release Ellie Mae’s LO Connect mobile solution to help sales teams conduct business at anytime, anywhere securely. She has extensive leadership experience with an ability to bring teams together to produce successful results in record time. This has benefited multiple organizations in reaping the rewards of their investments with direct positive impact to profitability. She has an authentic passion of truly caring and partnering with the organizations she helps, accepting nothing other than success.





Shawna has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and has direct operations experience with both wholesale and retail organizations leading secondary, closing, processing and post-closing teams. Shawna segued into the fintech sector in 2008 while at Capital One Home Loans helping to build a proprietary POS application and then implementing the Empower LOS application.

Dennece had the opportunity to contribute to the technology area when working at Security National Mortgage Company. There she owned the implementation of Encompass. To have a greater reach to help other organizations reap the benefits of leveraging technology, Dennece joined Ellie Mae. There she personally led over 200+ implementations, earning high customer satisfaction scores. She also led a team of implementation consultants, developing high-performing results for both Ellie Mae and the mortgage institutions assisted. In addition to the skills and accomplishments mentioned above, Dennece has extensive expertise with project management, scope assessment, process improvement and risk management.





Dennece has over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. Over that time, Dennece has held all positions through the entire mortgage life cycle starting right out of college.

With the extensive skill she built learning all aspects of the mortgage process, and her natural drive to succeed, she quickly moved into leadership roles. Dennece has been responsible for starting mortgage branches owning both production and operations.

Kerriee then married her passion of the industry and technology by joining Del Mar DataTrac where she helped organizations implement and adopt Del Mar solutions. When DataTrac was purchased by Ellie Mae she became responsible for transitioning customers from DataTrac to the Encompass solution. After completion of the transitions Kerriee successfully managed 140 Ellie Mae customer relationships.

Kerriee assists all types of financial institutions with strategic business needs. Helping with critical decisions by understanding the customer’s business goals, and how changes in the industry impact them. Sharing and introducing applicable solutions essential to helping customers meet their business objectives and keep competitive in ever evolving digital market.





Ivon has 24+ years of Fintech software and mortgage industry experience. Her expertise includes project management, Encompass System Administration, workflow assessment, business analysis, vendor management, training and mortgage operations.

Brian Izadbakhsh, Sr. Consultant

Brian has worked in both the Mortgage and Tech Industry for over 25 years. Before joining A&S Elite Consulting as a Sr. Encompass Admin Consultant, he worked at Ellie Mae for 15 years. Since the release of the 1st version of Encompass, Brian held multiple client-facing critical positions and responsibilities. He was a crucial resource to cross-functional internal teams at Ellie Mae, providing subject matter expertise to facilitate product and delivery improvements.

Kerriee Hall has been in the mortgage industry for 28 years.  After working directly in operational roles Kerriee developed and led the LOS training program at Golden Empire Mortgage.  The training program enabled both existing and new team members better understand how to use the LOS application to more efficiently and accurately perform their job functions.
